Combining a love for baking, given to me by my mother, with the love of a rosemary shortbread bar, the recipe given to me by my Dutch mother-in-law, has evolved into the creation of what some people deem a "sophisticated," "irresistible" and "perfect" cookie! Since I began baking this shortbread bar, I have been on a quest to share with everyone how simple, pure and all-natural ingredients can blend with fresh herbs and spices to create a sublime experience!
